Papaya Makka Rava Kesari
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rava makka
- 1 cup Papaya or puree puree
- 3 tsp Palm Sugar
- 5 tsp Desi Ghee
- 5 cashews
- 5 Almonds
- 5 Raisins
- 1 pinch Cardamom Powder

Instructions
- Dry roast makka rava in a pan
- Make puree with papaya
- Put palm sugar in water and once boiled strain and remove the impurities.
- Ghee roast the almonds, cashews, raisin in a pan
- In a pan add ghee put the dry roasted rava and sauté for 2 mins.
- Add 5 cup of water, cardamom powder and cook the makka rava.
- Add papaya puree and cook till it becomes thick
- Add palm sugar according to the sweetness of papaya puree,
- Cook till it becomes thick and leaves the ghee on the sides.
- Serve cool with ice cream. It tastes yummy.
