- Crumble mawa.
- Mix nicely with hand and prepare dough adding maida and using little milk.
- Divide into 18-20 equal parts and make smooth crackfree balls with it.
- Heat ghee, fry gulab jamuns, let them cool down.
- Add fried balls in it and keep them in it for an hour before serving.
