Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch Bunch Amaranth Leaves amaranth
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 3-4 Garlic chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the amaranth leaves thoroughly in water. Chopped the leaves along with tender steam. Chop green chillies and garlic too.

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped green chilly and garlic and saute for a min.

  • Add the chopped amaranth and season with salt.
