Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Rice raw
  • 1/4 cup Urad Dal
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • For The Chutney for the chutney
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 2 tsp Roasted Chana Dal
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • Water as required
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 1 leaves Curry
  • Mango freshly cut as required

Instructions
 

  • Soak the rice and urad dal for 4-5 hours. Grind it together in a mixer till soft flowing batter is made. Ferment overnight.
  • Blend the grated coconut, green chillies, roasted chana dal and salt in a mixer. Add water as required to form a chutney. Heat oil in a small kadai and add mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add it to the chutney.
  • Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter to form a dosa. Cook on both sides. Remove from the pan and stuff it with fresh pieces of alphonso mangoes. Serve with coconut chutney.
