Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice boiled
- 1/2 leaves Mint
- 1/4 leaves Coriander
- 2 Green Chilliest-2-3 green chilliest
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste or garlic garlic and
- small pieces Potatoes boiled into
- 2 Spring Onion fchopped
- 1/2 tsp Zeera-1/2Tsp zeera
- Oil

Instructions
- Grind mint leaves,coriander leaves ,green chillies
- Heat oil in a pan add zeera.add onion and fry. Add ginger garlic paste sauté for minute or raw smell of garlic gone.
- Add grinding paste and small pieces of potatoe and fry till water aveporate.
- Add boiled rice and salt Mix well. Cover for 2-3 minutes.
- Ready to eat
