Mint Leftover Roti Chila

I had 6 to 7 leftover Roti's so how to finish dis then I got an idea to makeover this Roti's in my way so here I present my mint leftover roti chila

Ingredients
  

  • 4 leftover rotis
  • 3 tablespoon gramflour
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 spicy green chilies broken
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for shallow fry

Instructions
 

  • Grind mint, coriander and green chilies into fine paste.
  • Take mixing bowl add gramflour, 3 tablespoons mint paste, onion, salt and make thick batter. Mix all really well. No need to add water in gram flour.
  • Take roti n apply 1 tablespoon mixture on 1 side of roti.
  • Heat pan n drop some cooking oil and cook that mixture side on pan, cook well till the mixture get crunchy. Do same with other rotis.
  • Serve this hot with tomato ketchup and hot cup of tea.
