These cookies are healthy and yum. Melted Jaggery gives an added taste to each bite. Eat guilt free.
Whole Wheat Flour â€“ 1 cup
Unsalted Butter (room temperature) â€“ 100gms
Jaggery â€“ 1/2 cup
Baking Soda â€“ 1/2 tsp
Salt â€“ a pinch
Milk â€“ 2 tbsp
Take butter, jaggery in a bowl and beat until Creamy.
Add in milk and mix well.
Now add in the flour, baking soda and salt.
mix well until blended.
Preheat the oven.
Take small portion of dough and shape it into a ball.
Arrange it on a parchment lined baking tray.
Bake for about 10 to 12 mins.
Remove it and cool it down, it will get hard as it cools.
