  • 1 Beetroot medium-sized, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 Carrot medium-sized, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach packed leaves
  • 1 inch Ginger peeled and roughly chopped

Liquid & Sweetener

  • 1/2 - 1 cup Water or coconut water, to adjust consistency
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar or adjust to taste

Preparation

  • Clean, peel, and roughly chop the beetroot, cucumber, and carrot.
  • Clean and roughly chop the spinach and ginger.

Blending

  • Combine all prepared vegetables, chia seeds, coconut sugar, lemon juice, and black salt in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth, adding water or coconut water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
