- 1 Onion chopped, medium

- 1 package Quorn Mince
- 1 can (15 ounces) Kidney Beans drained and rinsed, red

- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder or to taste, red
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper for extra heat, optional
Serving
- 6 Hamburger Buns toasted
Instructions
Prepare the Onions
- Chop the onion and sauté in a medium pan over medium heat until translucent.
Cook the Quorn
- Add the Quorn mince to the pan and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
