Instructions
Prepare the Hazelnut Topping (Optional)
- Roast hazelnuts at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until fragrant and slightly browned. Let cool completely, then roughly chop.
Blend the Popsicle Base
- Combine bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, agave nectar, and salt in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Assemble and Freeze
- If using hazelnut topping, gently stir in half of the chopped hazelnuts.
- Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
