Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Coconut Ice Cream
- For the creamiest ice cream, ensure your heavy cream is very cold before you begin whipping.
- Use high-quality dark chocolate for the bowls; the richer the chocolate, the more intense the flavor will be.
- If your coconut cream is too thick, you can thin it slightly with a tablespoon or two of milk or cream.
- For an extra special touch, garnish your ice cream with toasted coconut flakes or a drizzle of extra melted dark chocolate.
