- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- 3/4 cup Buttermilk add more if needed to achieve desired consistency.
- 3/4 cup Sugar adjust to your preferred sweetness., powdered
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Mint Leaves finely chopped, fresh

- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper freshly ground, black, for best flavor
- 2 large Eggs for binding and richness
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil or melted unsalted butter

Prepare the Dry Ingredients
- Sift together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
