  • 2 tbsp Mint Leaves finely chopped, fresh

Prepare the Dry Ingredients

  • Sift together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Combine Wet Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, powdered sugar, lemon juice, eggs, and oil until well combined. Add the chopped mint leaves, chaat masala, cardamom powder, turmeric powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

  • Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Avoid overmixing. The batter should be slightly lumpy.

Bake the Cupcakes
