Spinach Paneer Kathi Roll
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Palak Puree
- 1 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Stuffing for
- 100 Paneer grated gma
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 leaves Coriander finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce or sweet hot n sweet
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 50 gm Processed Cheese grated

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl combine wheat flour,palak puree,green chilly,cumin seeds powder,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix well. With the help of water make a soft dough. Divide the dough into thin chapati
- Grease the pan on a medium heat and make paratha. Spread one tbsp tomato sauce and add one tbsp paneer stuffing and roll the paratha Serve hot
