Ingredients
  

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • palak puree - 1/2 cup
  • finely chopped green chilly - 1
  • cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • for stuffing
  • grated paneer - 100 gma
  • finely chopped green chilly - 2
  • finely chopped onion - 1
  • finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  • red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  • hot n sweet tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Salt
  • grated processed cheese - 50 gms

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl combine wheat flour,palak puree,green chilly,cumin seeds powder,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix well. With the help of water make a soft dough. Divide the dough into thin chapati
  • Grease the pan on a medium heat and make paratha. Spread one tbsp tomato sauce and add one tbsp paneer stuffing and roll the paratha Serve hot
