- 1 cup Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 small Chili finely chopped (adjust to taste), green
- 1/2 cup Coriander chopped, cilantro, for garnish
Spices
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder dhania
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste

- 4 tbsp Oil vegetable or coconut oil
