  • Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water. Peel and cut lengthwise.

Make the Egg Marinade

  • In a bowl, combine turmeric powder, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, cinnamon, minced garlic, chopped mint, and salt. Add water gradually to form a thick paste.

Marinate the Eggs

  • Marinate the egg halves in the spice paste for 5-10 minutes.

Fry the Eggs

  • Heat butter in a pan over low heat. Fry the marinated eggs until golden brown on both sides.
