Ingredients
For the Eggs
- 2 Eggs
For the Egg Marinade
- 1/4 cup Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black
- 1 tsp Oregano Flakes
- 1/4 cup Chili Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 7 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Mint Leaves finely chopped, fresh
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
For Frying the Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
Prepare the Eggs
- Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water. Peel and cut lengthwise.
Make the Egg Marinade
- In a bowl, combine turmeric powder, black pepper, oregano, chili flakes, cinnamon, minced garlic, chopped mint, and salt. Add water gradually to form a thick paste.
Marinate the Eggs
- Marinate the egg halves in the spice paste for 5-10 minutes.
Fry the Eggs
- Heat butter in a pan over low heat. Fry the marinated eggs until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the Chilli Garlic Sauce
