- 1 cup Beans green, trimmed and chopped
- 1/4 cup Coconut grated, fresh
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds also known as rai
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder also known as haldi
- 2 Chilies adjust to taste, dried, red
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Refined Oil or vegetable oil

- Heat 2 tablespoons of refined oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dried red chilies and mustard seeds.
- Once the mustard seeds begin to splutter, add the chopped green beans and turmeric powder.
