- 250 gm Ivy Gourd (dondakaya, tindora)
Spices and Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Gram (split black lentils), black
- 1 tsp Curry Leaves fresh or dried

- 3 tbsp Oil vegetable or coconut oil recommended
