- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference, red
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder optional, adds depth of flavor

- 3 tbsp Oil vegetable or canola oil recommended
- 1 tsp Curry Leaves fresh or dried, optional
