- 1 cup Fenugreek Leaves fresh

- 2 Chilies broken, dried, red
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste, optional, red
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds

- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/2 cup Water as needed

Preparation
- Wash and thoroughly clean the water spinach. Finely chop the water spinach and set aside.
