Sichaun egg strips is quick an easy dish which prepared in less time. In this recipe i used garlic, ginger and sauces.

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 6 Red Chillies (dry)
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- Spring Onion (or garnishing some chopped for garnishing)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- in mixer grinder jar, Make smooth paste of dried red chili, garlic and ginger.
- Beat eggs with salt, Heat 3 tablespoons oil n make omlette Transfer it to a plate cut it into strips.
- Take pan heat oil n add paste in it stir for minute now add tomato ketchup n schezwan sauce and mix it well.
- Add egg strips in it n mix it well.
- Serve hot in plate and garinsh with Spring Onion leaves.
