Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Paneer Pancakes
- For a sweeter pancake, increase the amount of jaggery syrup.
- Adjust the amount of water or milk to achieve your desired batter consistency. A slightly thicker batter will result in thicker pancakes.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the pancakes; this will ensure even cooking.
- Feel free to experiment with different nuts and spices to customize the flavor to your liking. Cardamom or nutmeg would be delicious additions!
