- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour also known as atta, whole
- 2 tbsp Semolina also known as suji or rava
- 1.5 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 2 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder also known as haldi
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
Wet Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Water add more as needed to adjust batter consistency

- 2 tbsp Butter for cooking the pancakes
Instructions
Prepare the Batter
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the chopped green chilies, coriander, onion, and grated potato. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and water. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a thick, smooth batter forms. Adjust water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
Cook the Pancakes
- Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
