  • 2 tbsp Lemon Marmalade or any tangy marmalade
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese grated, or your favorite cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Stir-Fried Vegetables

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion, mushrooms, and baby corn. Sauté until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with salt and chili powder. Stir in the Italian herbs.
  • Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Prepare the Bruschetta
