Ingredients
For the Falooda Assembly
- 1 cup Falooda Noodles cooked according to package directions
- 2 tbsp Rose Syrup
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds soaked in water for at least 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup Fruits your choice – strawberries, chopped, etc., kiwi, mango, mixed
- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 tbsp Strawberry Jelly optional, adds extra sweetness and color
Instructions
Prepare the Milk Base
- Boil the milk in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add sugar and continue to boil for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Refrigerate until chilled.
Assemble the Falooda
- In a tall glass, add a layer of strawberry jelly (optional). Next, add a layer of chopped fruits. Top with soaked chia seeds, then a layer of cooled milk, followed by rose syrup. Add cooked falooda noodles.
