- 2 Bell Peppers capsicum, sliced
- 1 Ginger finely chopped or minced
- 2-3 Chili finely chopped; adjust to your spice preference, green

- 500 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, cubed
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 3-4 Chili adjust to your spice preference, dried, red
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar white vinegar or rice vinegar preferred
- 1/2 cup Tomato Puree Or Sauce
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
Instructions
Sauté Aromatics
- Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and dried red chilies; sauté until cumin seeds turn brown and fragrant.
Add Vegetables
- Add sliced onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

- Add the ginger, green chilies, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Stir-fry for another minute until fragrant. Add the tomato puree/sauce, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
