Ingredients
For the Lemonade
- 100 ml Lychee pulp
- 20 ml Rose Syrup rooh afza
- 2 medium Lemon
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest finely grated
- 1 1-inch piece Ginger fresh, peeled and thinly sliced
- 10-12 Mint fresh leaves
- Ice cubes to taste Ice
- 2 tbsp Honey or simple syrup, to taste
- Water to top Water optional, to adjust sweetness and consistency
Instructions
Prepare the Glass
- Muddle 10-12 fresh mint leaves, 1-inch of thinly sliced ginger, and juice of 2 lemons in a tall glass.
Rim the Glass
- Apply a thin layer of honey to the rim of the glass. Sprinkle lemon zest evenly around the rim.
Add Ingredients
- Add the muddled mint, ginger, and lemon mixture back to the glass.
Pour and Serve
- Pour in 20 ml of Rooh Afza rose syrup, followed by 100 ml of lychee pulp, and fill the glass with ice. Top with water to your preferred dilution if desired.
