Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for the Perfect Ruby Litchi Lemonade:

  • For a sweeter drink, use simple syrup instead of honey and adjust the quantity to your preference.
  • If you don't have fresh lychee pulp, you can substitute with canned lychee, but be sure to drain the syrup well before using.
  • Adjust the amount of Rooh Afza according to your taste; less for a subtler rose flavor, more for a stronger rose note.
  • For a sparkling variation, top with sparkling water or club soda instead of still water.
