  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely, about 1 hour. Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the lemongrass.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a large pitcher, combine the cooled lemongrass syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, salt, and chilled water.
  • Stir well to combine.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
