  • 500 ml Pomegranate Juice chilled; you can use freshly squeezed or high-quality store-bought juice.
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • a few drops/to taste Honey add to sweeten if desired. or palm sugar
  • 1 pinch Cumin ground, roasted cumin adds a warm, spicy note (optional).
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated Ginger fresh, freshly grated ginger adds a zingy kick (optional).
  • a few Mint for garnish., fresh, leaves
  • a few Pomegranate arils, for garnish.
  • Sparkling Water for a fizzy version., to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pomegranate Juice

  • If using fresh pomegranates, juice them and chill thoroughly. Alternatively, use high-quality bottled pomegranate juice.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a pitcher or large glass, combine the chilled pomegranate juice and apple cider vinegar. Stir gently to combine.

Sweeten (Optional)

  • Add honey or palm sugar to taste, if desired, stirring until completely dissolved. Start with a small amount and add more to your preference.

Add Spices (Optional)

  • If using, gently stir in ground cumin and/or freshly grated ginger. A pinch of each goes a long way!

Serve

  • Pour into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and pomegranate arils (seeds) for an extra touch of elegance. For a fizzy twist, top with sparkling water or club soda just before serving.
