  • 100 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese; can substitute with firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp Oil for sauteing the paneer

For the Salad

  • 1 Papaya medium-sized, ripe; cubed
  • 1/2 Onion small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 10 Mint Leaves fresh, roughly chopped
  • 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed

Prepare the Paneer

  • Cube the paneer into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the paneer until golden brown on all sides. Set aside to cool slightly.
