For the Papaya Puree

  • 1 medium Papaya about 1 cup diced, ripe

For the Lemonade

  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lemon about 2 tablespoons, juiced
  • 1/8 tsp Salt black, kala namak
  • 5-6 leaves Mint fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped, fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 cup Water adjust to your desired consistency
  • Ice cubes Ice for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Papaya Puree

  • Dice the ripe papaya into small pieces. Blend the diced papaya in a blender until you achieve a smooth puree.

Combine Ingredients

  • Add the honey, lemon juice, black salt, mint leaves, and cilantro to the blender with the papaya puree. Blend until well combined, but avoid over-blending.

Adjust Consistency and Serve

  • Pour the mixture into a pitcher. Add water gradually, blending until you reach your preferred consistency. Stir in. Serve the papaya lemonade chilled over ice cubes. Enjoy!
