About Refreshing Doodh Soda: The Perfect Pakistani Summer Drink

Doodh Soda, a beloved Pakistani beverage, especially popular in Punjab during summer and Ramadan, is a simple yet incredibly refreshing drink. This two-ingredient wonder combines the creamy coolness of milk with the bubbly fizz of soda, creating a delightful contrast that's perfect for quenching thirst on hot afternoons.
Surprisingly appealing even to those who typically dislike milk, Doodh Soda is a family favorite, particularly with children. Beyond its delicious taste, it offers a unique health benefit: the milk's alkaline nature neutralizes stomach acid, while the soda's carbonation helps relieve gas, making it a surprisingly effective remedy for acid reflux.
