- 1 cup Milk Powder
- 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder adjust to taste, elaichi
- 1/4 tsp Saffron Threads dissolved in 1 tbsp warm milk

- 1/4 cup Pistachios chopped and roasted
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter clarified butter, for greasing

Prepare the Peda Mixture
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for 20-30 seconds. Add the milk powder and condensed milk. Whisk vigorously until smooth and lump-free, resembling the consistency of idli batter.
- Microwave for 1 minute, remove, and stir well with a spatula.
- Microwave for another 2 minutes. The mixture will puff up.
- Remove and stir in the saffron milk and cardamom powder. Microwave for 1 more minute.
