Pasta & Sauce
- 8 oz Semolina Pasta use your favorite shape; whole wheat pasta works well too.
- 1.5 cup Yogurt greek yogurt is recommended for a thicker, tangier sauce.
- 1 cup Cucumber finely diced
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves chopped, fresh
- 1/2 tsp Pepper freshly ground, adjust to taste, black
Instructions
Prepare the Pasta
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding salt to the boiling water. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce

Combine Ingredients
