Summers are all about keeping oneself cool, staying indoors during afternoons, taking multiple showers or doing extra laps in the pool! This dish has jaggery to sweeten it and give that burst of energy needed after a siesta.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoon Ragi flour
  • 2 teaspoon grated Jaggery
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Cardamom pods
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix ragi flour and water and let it come to a boil.
  • Add jaggery and bring to a boil again.
  • Lightly bruise the cardamom pods and add to the ragi mixture.
  • Add Milk and serve warm or cold.
