- 1 cup Watermelon Rind discarding the green outer skin, finely grated; use only the white part
- 1 cup Semolina rawa, fine semolina; bombay rawa/bansi rawa can be substituted
- 2-3 Chilies finely chopped; adjust to your spice preference, green
- 1 inch Ginger finely grated
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Coconut freshly grated, optional, shredded
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Water add gradually until you reach desired batter consistency
For Serving
- Oil for cooking the dosas
- Chutney Or Sambar your favorite accompaniment

Prepare the Batter
- Grind the grated watermelon rind, semolina, green chilies, ginger, and coconut (if using) in a blender. Add salt and enough water to create a smooth, slightly thick batter.
