- 1 medium Pizza Base
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella or your preferred pizza cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Parsley chopped, fresh, or coriander (dhania)
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder or 1 teaspoon roasted garlic flakes
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Flakes or to taste, red
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1-2 tbsp Jalapeno chopped, optional, pickled
Sauce
- 4 tbsp Butter melted, unsalted
Instructions
Prepare the Pizza Sticks
- Cut the pizza base in half horizontally, then cut each half into 8 wedges, creating 16 pizza sticks.
Make the Garlic Butter Mixture
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, parsley, oregano, jalapeno (if using), and salt. Mix well.
Assemble and Bake
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
