Expert Tips for the Best Bell Pepper Stir-Fry
- Choose vibrant bell peppers: The brighter the color, the sweeter the pepper. A mix of colors adds visual appeal and flavor depth.
- Don't overcook: Overcooked bell peppers become mushy. Aim for tender-crisp vegetables.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste: Feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat or a dash of soy sauce for extra umami.
- Serve it up!: This stir-fry is delicious on its own or as a side dish. It pairs perfectly with Indian flatbreads like roti or dosa, or even as a topping for rice.
