Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
- Gradually add water, mixing until a soft, pliable dough forms.

- Lightly dust the ball with flour and roll it into a thin circle using a rolling pin.

Expert Tips for the Perfect Paneer and Mozzarella Garlic Paratha
- For extra flavor, marinate the paneer in a little yogurt and spices before adding it to the filling.
- If your dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. If it's too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the parathas. Cook them in batches to ensure even browning.
- Experiment with different cheeses! Feta or ricotta would also be delicious in this recipe.
