Pacoca – Brazilian Peanut Candy

Pacoca is a candy made out of ground peanuts, sugar and salt. Some recipes also add flour, such as corn flour, oats flour or cassava flour.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Peanuts skinless, roasted
- 1.5 packet Marie biscuit
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 50 gm Crushed peanut
- Parchment paper for lining
- 2 tablespoon Peanut butter

Instructions
- Line your baking dish with parchment paper
- In the food processor combine peanuts and cookies until they are well combined and even.
- Add the sugar and mix well. The mixture should look like a coarse flour.
- Add the condensed milk and peanut butter and mix till it forms a ball of dough
- With your hands press the dough into the baking dish to form an even layer
- Add the coarsely chopped peanuts to the of the dough.
- Let it rest for at least one hour in the fridge. For best results let it rest overnight.
- Remove from the baking dish and cut into squares.Keep in airtight container
