Ingredients
For the Mango Kulfi
- 2 Mangoes and chopped (about 400g), peeled, ripe
- 150 ml Heavy Cream fresh
- 50 ml Sweetened Milk condensed
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder lightly crushed, or 2-3 green cardamom pods
- 2 Kulfi Molds or small disposable cups
Instructions
Prepare the Mango Mixture
- Blend the chopped mangoes, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and cardamom powder in a blender until completely smooth and creamy.
Freeze the Kulfi
- Pour the mango mixture into the kulfi molds or small cups. Fill them almost to the top.
Freeze and Set
- Cover the molds and place them in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until the kulfi is completely solid.
Unmold and Serve
- To unmold, run the kulfi molds under warm water for a few seconds. Gently remove the kulfi from the molds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
