Prepare the Ingredients

  • Dry roast the oats and muesli in a dry pan over medium heat until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool. Roast the nuts separately until fragrant. Set aside to cool.

Combine Wet Ingredients

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together. Stir in the cinnamon and salt until well combined.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

  • Pour the melted honey-butter mixture over the cooled oats, muesli, and nuts. Add the cornflakes, crushed Oreos, pepitas, and raisins. Stir until everything is evenly moistened.

Press and Chill

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Press the muesli mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared dish. Sprinkle with any reserved nuts for garnish.

Refrigerate and Serve

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm. Once set, lift the muesli slab out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into bars and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator.
