Prepare the Honey-Peanut Butter Mixture

  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the honey, water, and sugar (if using). Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth and well combined.

Chill and Cut

  • Cover the granola mixture with another sheet of parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Serve and Enjoy

Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for the Best No-Bake Honey Granola Bars

  • For extra flavor, toast your nuts and seeds separately before adding them to the oats and cereal.
  • Adjust the amount of honey to your liking. If you prefer a less sweet bar, reduce the honey by 1-2 tablespoons.
  • Feel free to get creative with add-ins! Dried cranberries, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, or pumpkin seeds would all be delicious additions.
  • For easier cutting, lightly grease your knife with butter or oil before slicing the bars.
