Instructions

- Crush the biscuits into a fine powder using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Add Bournvita and pulse until well combined. In a large bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, muesli, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips.
Combine and Knead
- Add the chocolate spread and chocolate syrup to the biscuit mixture. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly incorporated. Knead the mixture into a dough; add a tablespoon of water if needed to bring the dough together.
Shape and Chill
- Lightly grease a plate or tray. Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls and place them on the prepared surface. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
Melt the White Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth and melted. Add honey and water, and stir until well combined.
Dip and Decorate
- Remove the chilled biscuit balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Immediately place each dipped ball on a fresh plate and garnish with chocolate chips.
