- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar granulated
- 1/2 cup Butter softened to room temperature, unsalted
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Large Eggs room temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 12 Paper Cupcake Liners or grease a 12-cup muffin tin
Instructions
Prepare the Oven and Cocoa Mixture
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil the water in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and whisk in the cocoa powder until smooth and lump-free.
Combine Dry Ingredients
