- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste

- 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil refined oil can be substituted
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream fresh or leftover
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar granulated
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 330°F (165-170°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan or bundt pan.
Combine Dry Ingredients
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
