You have eaten different types of paratha. This is one type of healthy paratha which I made by different types of millet. Millet is a whole grain it has numerous health benefit. Packed with protein, antioxidants and helping lower blood sugar and control cholesterol level. Those who are in diet control they must try this gluten free diet.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Flour (or jau jau)
- 1 tbsp Bajra Flour
- 1 tbsp Ragi Flour
- 1 tbsp Sattu Flour
- 1 tbsp Makka Flour
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- ½ cup Raddish (grated)
- Green Chillies (chopped)
- leaves Coriander (chopped)
- Oil (for shallow fry)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl add all millet flour, wheat flour, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, grated radish and salt to taste.
- Make a smooth dough then spread the dough and shallow fry. Serve with any pickle.
