  • Add almonds to hot water and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove the skin and add them to a blender jar along with all the other ingredients as well.
  • Blitz on high for 4 to 5 minutes until creamy and foamy.
  • Add it to a pitcher and keep it in the freezer for a good half an hour to almost an hour.
  • Serve this super chilled lassi with loads of thick cream collected on the top. Spoon it in each individual serving glass and enjoy this extra creamy lipsmacking sweet lassi with your loved ones.
