- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar adjust to your sweetness preference, brown
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Finishing
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup plus extra for serving
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil for greasing the pan
Instructions
