  • 1/2 cup Corn Flour makki atta (indian corn flour)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste, red

Wet Ingredients

  • 3/4 - 1 cup Water add gradually to achieve desired batter consistency

Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onions finely chopped, white and green parts
  • 1 tbsp Oil for cooking

Prepare the Batter

  • Combine corn flour, salt, red chili powder, and water in a bowl. Whisk until a smooth, slightly thick batter forms. Add grated carrots and chopped spring onions. Mix well.
