Ingredients
For the Rainbow Layers
- 1/2 cup Mango Nectar chilled; can substitute with mango juice
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice chilled; freshly squeezed is best
- 1 tbsp Rose Syrup rooh afza or similar brand; chilled
- 1/2 cup Lemon-Lime Soda chilled; add a few drops of blue food coloring for a vibrant blue layer
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
For Serving
- 1 Tall Glass chilled
- 1 Straw
Instructions
Prepare the Glass
- Chill a tall glass.
Layer the Mango Nectar
- Add 1/2 cup of chilled mango nectar to the glass.
Layer the Orange Juice
- Carefully add 1/2 cup of chilled orange juice down the side of the glass using a spoon to create a layer on top of the mango nectar.
Layer the Rose Syrup
- Slowly pour 1 tbsp of chilled rose syrup down the side of the glass using a spoon, allowing it to settle beneath the orange juice.
Layer the Soda
- Gently add 1/2 cup of chilled lemon-lime soda down the side of the glass using a spoon, creating the final layer.
Add Lemon Juice and Serve
- Squeeze in 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. Add a straw, and serve immediately.
